How To Use Exercise Bands. We'll cover the wide variety of exercises you can do in just a bit. Stand tall with your abdominals pulled in and your knees relaxed.
Press up from the squat and as you reach the standing position press the band up overhead. Lower your top knee back to the starting position. From this position, push your hips forward until you're in a fully upright standing position.
Raise your arms over your head with your left palm facing in and your right palm facing forward just above shoulder level.
This is particularly a good exercise to do on push days.
Begin with your knees slightly bent, and your back bent forward but flat. Your elbows should be slightly bent. Release your arm and bring it back down, then repeat on the left side.
