Pour batter evenly into these two pans.
Topping: Place the mango nectar and the cornstarch in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer while stirring continuously. Pound the whipping cream until soft peaks are formed. Pour into a bowl; fold in melted white chocolate mixture and whipped cream.
