Icecream Cone Cake Pops
Icecream Cone Cake Pops. For top scoops, use a fork to dip into the opposite color candy melt as the first scoop. Hold the top scoop in place for a minute until the candy melt hardens.
For each cake pop, place a bit of chocolate into the bottom of an ice cream cone. While cake is cooking, prepare the cones by placing them in a stand and drizzle about an inch or so of melted* chocolate in the bottom of each cone. Spoon a small amount of the chocolate over the top of the cake pop.
These pops feature one or two "scoops" inside a waffle cone and they're decorated to look like vanilla ice cream with sprinkles.
They're as tasty as they are adorable!
The directions include instructions for both the large and the mini Ice Cream Cone Cake Pops. Thread the mini ice cream cone from the bottom of the lollipop stick and press up to the pop. If too much chocolate drips down the sides of the cone, be sure to let the next one drip more of the excess off.
